Starting as a framing laborer in 1985, Scott Wold began his journey learning the building trade from the bottom up. Working for a local builder as a laborer, and then starting his own framing crew, inspired him to building his own homes and create S W Wold Construction. Now one of the Top 25 Builders in the Twin Cities, we pride ourselves on our history, community relationships, and family.

Jon D. Jondahl has been the sales team leader for S W Wold for 25 years. He brings his experience and wisdom to all his real estate transactions. Clients choose to work with Jon D. for his willingness to go above and beyond the standard levels of service. In fact he has been No. 1 in home sales for his broker since 1991. He has a passion for sales and an eagerness to be efficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of new home construction and real estate. He and his wife, Sheri, reside in Ramsey. In his spare time, you will find him spending time with his two daughters, at the lake or hunting.
